RULES, FORMS & SAFETY INFO

Please review all forms before registering your daughter.

Player Registration

Registration for Spring 2026 will open December 2nd and remain open until through Janurary 4th. We have a limit this season of 96 girls per division. If a division fills up, you will be placed on the waitlist. If we have enough waitlisted players and available coaches, more teams will be added.

Important Note: For friends to stick together on a team, all players must have each others names listed in their registrations.

High School Players Waitlist:

You will see this new registration option for Spring. This registration option is for players who plan to participate in CGSL only if they do not make a school softball team. It allows families to reserve a spot at no cost, avoiding the need to pay the full registration fee and request a refund later.

Please keep the league updated on your player’s school ball tryout status so we can manage team placements appropriately.

Please note:
Fully registered (paid) players will receive roster priority. We will do our best to roster all players who do not make their school team, but placement cannot be guaranteed.

Weeknight games are played at Folley Fields. Saturday games are played at Tumbleweed Ball Fields.

NORTH LOT: Continue South on Hamilton this will lead you right to our North Lot.

SOUTH LOT: From Hamilton St, turn right on Pioneer Pkwy and follow it until it ends at the construction. Pioneer has been extended, so you will not be driving in dirt. You will see the South lot on your Left.

CLINICS

IN-SEASON PITCHING & CATCHING CLINICS

CGSL hosts Pitching and Catching clinics every Thursday night during the regular season run by experienced coaches at no cost to our players or parents. If your daughter has expressed some interest in becoming a pitcher or catcher, this is a great no-pressure opportunity to get her some practice to see how she likes it. These clinics are open to all players, so feel free to come by.

The clinics are split into two sessions. Beginners will practice for the first half are for Beginners (regardless of age), and the second half are for Intermediate & Advanced pitchers.

Details on exact times and locations are posted to Team Snap during the season, but if you have any other questions, feel free to send us an email.
